About Our Cover Artist:
Devta Doolan Studio

Devta Doolan is a jeweler living and working in Deer Isle  Maine where he opened Devta Doolan Studio in 2017.  Devta works with 18 and 22 karat gold incorporating both precious and unusual stones. His aim is to create jewelry which will endure through generations and still feel fresh and innovative. He says:”I’m influenced by ancient and ethnographic jewelry. I’m inspired by the authenticity and freedom of this work and I want to bring these attributes into a modern context.”

In addition to Devta’s jewelry the shop features the work of over 40 artists working in various mediums. Jewelry, contemporary and vintage ceramics, antiques and design objects are all on display.
